Traditionally smoked Ocean Trout and Atlantic Salmon, so delicate they practically melt on your tongue. Situated on the verdant south-east coast of Tasmania, 45 minutes south of Hobart, Woodbridge Smokehouse is set in 25 acres of apple orchards. Traditional hand-smoking processes, using seasonal woods, create the delicate and distinctive flavours for which Woodbridge Smokehouse is renowned. Our Woodbridge Taste House is open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm and Saturday 12pm to 4pm (closed Saturdays from April to September).
